MOTIVATION
"We identified that there was a disconnect between the outside market and the students. Our combined life experiences, skills, talents and abilities provide the structural components (human, useful and practical) that we can share with other women as they reinvent and align themselves in the fields of education and training. When one woman helps another, amazing things can happen. Professional careers leap forward. Women are typically more interested in careers where they can help others and make the world a better place. Making girls aware of the range of science and engineering careers available and their relevance to society will help attract more women."
